（中央社倫敦7日綜合外電報導）以色列駐倫敦大使館官員揚言要「搞垮」英國政府副外相，而且過程被攝影機拍下公諸媒體，引發外交風暴，以色列已為此向英方道歉，力圖化解與英國間的這場風暴。

英國「週日郵報」（Mail on Sunday）公布這段影片，內容顯示以色列大使館資深政治事務官員馬索特（Shai Masot）說：「我要搞垮副外相鄧肯（AlanDuncan）。」

這段影片是在以色列大使館對面的餐廳拍攝，當時馬索特和英國保守黨教育大臣哈豐（Robert Halfon）的資深助理史提索羅（Maria Strizzolo）聚會，結果過程遭半島電視台（Al-Jazeera）的記者偷拍。

史提索羅提起她幫助哈豐登上大臣寶座時，馬索特問她：「妳有辦法（對鄧肯）做出相反的事嗎？」但史提索羅表示，鄧肯有勢力很大的「朋友」，因此「不可能修理他」，但她又暗示「也許可以搞點醜聞吧？」

鄧肯是英國外相強生（Boris Johnson）的副手，長期對以色列採批評態度。馬索特說，鄧肯「惹出很多麻煩」。

對於以色列在所占領巴勒斯坦領土上設置屯墾區，鄧肯一度形容有如「玷汙地球的臉孔」，並且批評他們的作法是「竊賊的行徑」。

馬索特在影片中也罵強生是「白癡」，並且嘲笑英國在野工黨的黨魁柯賓（Jeremy Corbyn）「瘋狂」，又說他的支持者是「怪物」。

影片曝光後，以色列大使館立即道歉，表示要「駁斥（馬索特）有關副外相鄧肯的談話，這些話讓人全然無法接受」。

大使館發布聲明說，說這些話的人是大使館地位較低的員工，他不是外交官，而且很快會結束在大使館的工作。

據大使館表示，以色列大使芮格夫（Mark Regev）6日已親自向鄧肯致歉。

英國外務部證實已獲以方道歉，並表示如今認為「此事已結束」。1060108
